Better Call” a Realtor! The “Breaking Bad” House is Now Yours for $400K

The iconic house from Breaking Bad hit the market last year with a hefty price tag of $4 million. But after over a year of sitting on the market, it’s now available for just $400K!

Initially, Alicia Feil from Keller Williams Realty explains that the high price was set after an out-of-towner, claiming to specialize in “famous” Hollywood properties, convinced owner Joanne Padilla that $4 million was a reasonable amount.

Back in August, Joanne shared that she envisioned turning the New Mexico property into a museum, hoping to rake in big bucks from fans of the show. However, Feil points out a major hiccup—zoning laws prevent the house from being used as a commercial attraction, as it’s located in a residential neighborhood.

Now, Feil is listing the property at a much more realistic market value: $400K. Fun fact: In 2015, Feil also listed the house where Aaron Paul’s character, Jesse Pinkman, lived.

While you might not be able to turn it into a museum, this 1,900-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 1-bath home would make for a fantastic Airbnb property! Take a look inside the iconic home by checking out our gallery!
