Sharon Osbourne: Ozzy Rode the Crazy Train From Heaven to Be at the Grammys
Ozzy Osbourne definitely made his presence felt at the Grammys on Sunday, according to his widow Sharon. She shared with fans that she felt her late husband’s spirit during Post Malone’s emotional tribute performance.

Sharon posted a clip on Monday from music’s biggest night, showing Post Malone rocking out to Black Sabbath’s iconic hit “War Pigs,” with legendary guitarist Slash backing him up. The footage cut between the powerful performance and Osbourne’s family, visibly moved, with tears streaming down their faces.
In her heartfelt message, Sharon wrote that this tribute wasn’t just a one-off performance. It was a moment that will forever be etched in music history—a reminder to fans everywhere that rock ‘n’ roll isn’t a thing of the past, but a constantly evolving force in the world of music.
Sharon also praised Post Malone, calling him “pure magic, a shapeshifter with a voice that can bend into any genre,” and thanked Slash, Duff McKagan, Andrew Watt, and Chad Smith for their participation in the tribute.

She ended her post by writing, “Ozzy was definitely in the building.”
As you may know, Ozzy passed away last July, just weeks after his pre-planned final concert in Birmingham. He died from a heart attack, though coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease were contributing factors.

This isn’t the first major Ozzy tribute at an awards show. In September, Steven Tyler and YUNGBLUD performed together at the MTV Video Music Awards in honor of the “Prince of Darkness.”
